This company has installed a brand new high speed corrugator, new take off area, new WIP and new in-feed lines choosing blue belt conveyors. The WIP area is designed as two tier LIFO (last in first out) WIP, where a shuttle car is feeding the WIP with the board which is coming out from the take- off area, and another shuttle car is feeding the converting machines. The shuttle cars are running at high speed to achieve the performance of the corrugator and converting machines. On the converting area, there is a jumbo machines, and some lines of the WIP can operate to accumulate on big stack of two smaller stacks.
