This company has installed new handling system to collect the stacks of boxes produced by the converting machines. The system is based on a shuttle car which collects the stacks from every single out-feed line, and brings the stacks on the line before dispatch where a pallet inserter device applies the pallets under the stacks, upstream strapping and wrapping machines. All the process is full automatically handled, so no operator on board of the shuttle car. Furthermore a supervisory system shows the stacks of boxes all along their way up to the final storage.
