This company has installed new handling system to collect the stacks of boxes produced by the converting machines. The system is based on a shuttle car which collects the stacks from every single out-feed line, and brings the stacks on the line before dispatch where double pallet inserter device applies the pallets under the stacks, upstream strapping and wrapping machines. All the process is full automatically handled, so no operator on board of the shuttle car, while the line before dispatch is automatically driven reading the bar code applied on every stack.
