Double down-stacker

This double down stacker is operating at maximum 400 meters/minute of speed. The machine is equipped with a breaking section where the board is shingled, operating under vacuum and under the action of a set of 5 brushes, which are automatically driven in function of several production parameters. Mobile separation section is creating the gap between the board during stack ejection or order change. Platforms are equipped with blue belt conveyors, and squaring plate device guarantees high stack quality.back to Dry End index page
